What it means:
The intent of this article is to improve codification and consistency with the Dimensional Requirements table of the Zoning Ordinance. Codification allows each dimensional requirement in the table to be applied separately (preventing automatic zoning relief from the entire table). The Article includes additional requirements from the Dimensional Table that were not previously incorporated, along with Notes referencing how building height is measured and the applicable footnotes for sealed surface percentage exceptions.
Those in favor say: No one spoke except to explain the Article.
Those against say: No one spoke against this Article at Deliberative Session.
