What it means: Alternative Treatment Centers are facilities registered with the State as approved locations for the dispensing of medical cannabis. By state law, access to the facility is limited to residents of New Hampshire diagnosed by a medical provider as having a qualifying medical condition and who poseess a valid Registry ID Card by the Therapeutic Cannabis Program (TCP). “Non-Cultivation Location” means that no cannabis can be grown in any of these Centers.
